1. PRODUCT INTENDED USE
All products sold via whitelinecreations.com are designed, manufactured, and sold for show purposes and off-road use only. These components are not intended for use on public streets or highways. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of any White Line Creations product complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

2. INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
The installation of aftermarket motorcycle parts and custom-fabricated components requires professional-level mechanical knowledge. White Line Creations provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the ease of installation or the fitment of parts on modified vehicles. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have all parts installed by a certified technician. Improper installation can lead to vehicle failure, serious injury, or death.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By purchasing and/or installing any product from White Line Creations, the buyer acknowledges that motorcycles and their modifications pose certain dangerous attributes. The buyer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of these products. White Line Creations, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for any damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—resulting from the use, misuse, or installation of any item sold.

4. MANUFACTURING VARIANCE
All of our products hand-crafted and custom-fabricated in-house; slight variations in finish, texture, and weld appearance are expected and do not constitute a defect. Qualification as a manufacturing defect will be determined at the sole discretion of
White Line Creations.

5. SALE/RETURNS POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our inventory, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only considered in the event of a documented manufacturing defect, reported within 7 days of receipt. Failure to make reasonable efforts to verify fitment prior to placing an order does not validate a return.
